INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE LINKS

Anti-Aging Medicine
www.worldhealth.net
I find this specialty the most exciting in modern day medicine--since it is truly espouses functional medicine where we look at cause and effect. This is the premier site which lists numerous events and articles. If you only have time for one web site on this subject, this is a great one.

Stephen Sinatra, M.D.
www.dr.sinatra.com
Dr. Sinatra is not only one of my favorite teachers, but he is truly a mentor of mine. Both of us practice integrative cardiology and so many of our patients have embraced this concept, adding nutritional therapy to their to their traditional therapy. We call this metabolic cardiology. In addition to his web site, Dr. Sinatra writes a monthly newsletter which is excellent.

Andrew Weil, M.D.
www.drweil.com
Although many criticize Dr. Weil for being too commercial these days, it was he that put integrative medicine in the map. His web site is still a good source of information.

Vitamin D
www.vitamindhealth.org
Dr. Michael Holick is truly one of the leading experts on Vitamin D. We all need to recognize the importance of this compound, which is actually much more than a vitamin--it is actually more like a hormone. Dr. Holick Keeps his site very current with the latest research.

Without these gifted souls I would have had to relinquish competitive bodybuilding long ago. Their healing hands keep me in top shape!

Gabe Luban

Gabe uses the Schulman Method. I’ve been his client for ten years, and I can attest to the fact that it works!.

Russ Pheiffer

Russ is not only a rolfer par excellence, but he is a master of movement. I suffered neurologic injury and dropped foot as a result of my back surgery. Today I’m functioning 96 % due to Russ’s genius.
